The story of The Coffee Box begins with a dream the owner Lisa had to work for herself and make a living doing what she loves. Essentially, The Coffee Box is her American Dream. She loves nothing more than connecting with other people through the avenues of coffee and food. It’s all about sharing dreams and friendships, all served up with love.
Lisa believes what sets The Coffee Box apart from others is that they think outside the box (hence their name) to come up with unique flavors and approaches. They also take the time to get to know every customer. Stop in a few times and you’ll be on a first-name basis with the baristas and they’ll know what kinds of drinks you like. They might even have it ready for you when you get there, provided you never change it up. That’s the kind of attention they devote to their drinks and people.
They were even featured in an issue of “Gulf Coast Woman” magazine as one of the best places to eat on the coast.

It can be made hot or cold and provides the pick-me-up of coffee but with a totally unique flavor.

Each month a different charity, organization, family, or even individual in need is featured, and on the last Friday of the month, the donations from throughout the month are delivered, then announced on the café’s social media channel.
